Fuchsia, Green, & Gold – A Color Story

Castle Hill was adorned with breathtaking flora in fuchsia & green creating the ultimate spring wedding that was a dream come true for PJ and Daryl.

The soft colors of the season inspired their décor and ambiance for the day. The trellis on the back lawn overlooking the ocean where they were to be married was consumed by an array of pink blooms and spring greenery. “Semia of Flowers by Semia fully understood our vision. She was just as excited as we were every step of the way until the day of our wedding,” PJ reminisced. The tent was transformed into an ethereal springtime garden. Blush draping and twinkling chandeliers from Exquisite Events set the stage for floral extravagance. The chandeliers were adorned with lush greenery dangling delicately over two massive gold urns that were overflowing with spring flowers. Smaller arrangements lined the long head table and were centered on the smaller round tables. The newlyweds enjoyed dinner beside their guests in chiffon and floral covered chairs.

Sage, Coral, and Cerulean – A Color Story

Late summer wedding right on the cusp of autumn inspired a color story of sage, coral, and cerulean that blended the seasons seamlessly.

On the lawn of where the bride’s parents had been married 30 years prior, a clear Chase Canopy tent was transformed into a magical forest. The couple called on Allison from Elegant Engagements to source the talent for the day. Sayles Livingston Design created floral trees in rich green hues with pops of coral that decorated each long table. “Our florist, Sayles Livingston, did a great job of interpreting our request for lush arrangements with interesting and unusual accents,” the bride raved. As a nod to the salt marshes and Nantucket sound that surrounded them, real scallop shells that were collected on the beach by the bride’s parents decorated each place setting. Cerulean was introduced into the color story through linens and the bridesmaid dresses, complimenting the palette perfectly. Twinkling lights strung above completed the magical forest vibe.

Vintage Coastline — Cape Cod Wedding

Vintage Coastline — As the sun was setting into the horizon Tom and Sasha were pronounced husband and wife on the picturesque shores of Cape Cod.

Sasha’s vision was simple — vintage romance with whimsical elements. Jennifer Chagnon of The Pink Polka Dot brought this vision to life through thoughtful planning, starting with the stationery. The invitation suite featured a vintage lace pattern in steel gray, setting the tone for the day. The couple was to be married overlooking the vast ocean just before sunset. Rose petals and vintage lanterns lined the aisle leading Sasha and Tom to the floral arbor designed by the team at Lilacs. Escort cards attached to antique keys lead guests to their tables in the reception space. The head table was in the form of a horseshoe to promote conversation and intimacy. Creamy peach and ivory blooms lined the table alongside steely silver candelabras. “Everything came together beautifully with the help of my amazing vendors,” Sasha reminisced. The night concluded with dinner, dancing, and sweet treats provided by Artisan Bake Shop.

Ice Cream Hues – Pistachio & Peach

Ice cream hues created a bright and fun vibe for this late summer wedding at The Dunes Club in Narragansett, RI.

Not only does the Dunes Club boast gorgeous beach views, but their colors of teal and white contrasted flawlessly with Ellie’s favorite color: pastel green. Making sure the day went off without a hitch she sourced the talent of Em Devaud of Em Devuad Events. Ellie styled her bridesmaids in beautiful pistachio chiffon gowns as she knew the color would look beautiful against the ocean as well as in the ballroom. Natural light flooded the ballroom casting a warm summer glow on the pink and peach floral arrangements that lined the tables. Deep teal chairs and dinner plates provided a fun twist on the norm and brought out the greens in each floral arrangement. Happy memories were made and Erin McGinn captured every moment for the couple to cherish forever.
