Now that everything major is booked for your spring wedding, it’s time to focus on the fun parts! Case in point: Signature cocktails to serve your guests. The benefit of offering a signature cocktail is that it’s an easy way to cut back on the cost of a fully stocked (and open) bar. It’s also a stylish way to infuse your personality into the beverage options. Here, 5 cocktails that are perfect for spring.

A French 75. This light and fragrant drink is made from gin, champagne, lemon juice and sugar, a total crowd-pleaser for anyone that prefers drinks that aren’t super sweet.

A Pimm’s Cup with Lemonade. For this, you’ll need Pimm’s, lemon juice and simple syrup. Colorful straws are totally optional.

A Pink Grapefruit Mojito. This pretty and refreshing cocktail requires freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, limes, honey, sparkling water and white rum. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

A Cucumber Gin and Tonic. To whip this one up, your caterer will need gin, tonic water, lime, sugar and cucumber slices. The light taste will wow your guests.

A Margarita. You can’t go wrong with this signature drink of spring (and summer). All you need to make it is tequila, triple sec and lime. (Just don’t forget the salt.)
