Just when you think it can’t get any warmer here in New England, it does! And what better way to cool off, then with these refreshing cocktails that are part of the menu at The Lawn at Castle Hill Inn! We got to try these cocktails last week at their opening event, and they were just the icing on the cake to an afternoon of kite flying!
On the Left: Sparkling Rosemary Lemonade:
2.0 oz. SVEDKA Vodka
2.0 oz. Rosemary Lemon Syrup
Splash of Sierra Mist
Splash of Lemon Juice
Splash of Lemonade
Stir with a bar spoon and serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and rosemary sprig.
On the Right: Cucumber Mojito
2.0 OZ Absolut Vodka
3 slices of cucumber
1.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Muddle cucumber and Mink. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Garnish with mint leaves and a cucumber wheel.
